• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Personalized or custom-made products require 5–8 business days for production before dispatch.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time within India:

• Metro Cities: 5–8 Business Days

• Other Cities & Towns: 10–12Business Days

• Remote Areas: 15–20
  Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.

• Free shipping offers, if available, will be displayed on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via Email or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Custom & Personalized Products

All personalized products are manufactured specifically for you. Therefore:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order Number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the package

• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

We currently deliver across India.
